He clarified that they would decide whether this bill should proceed to deliberation, after which he instructed that all corridors must be vacated.

Subsequently, he revealed the outcome of the vote. "Pending any corrections, Ayes have 288 votes, Noes have 232. The majority supports the proposition," he stated.
