Established in 2018, HAIS owes much of its achievements to the foresight and commitment of its founder, Hanh An. As a parent of five children, An’s firsthand experience with education and her zeal for learning inspired her to create this institution.

An envisions establishing an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Through her commitment, HAIS has become known not only for its academic rigor but also for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and global awareness in its students.

HAIS offers two educational streams: International and Bilingual Serving young learners from ages 18 months through 18 years, this educational institution provides programs tailored for early years and primary students, as well as an international track designed for secondary-level pupils. For the littlest ones, the curriculum adheres to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which is centered around learning through play with a strong focus on fostering creativity, enhancing social abilities, and introducing foundational academics.

In the international track, elementary school pupils adhere to the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, which emphasizes fundamental academic subjects while also providing opportunities for discovery in areas like fine arts, athletics, and tech. Meanwhile, bilingual elementary students dedicate 70% of their studies to the international program and allocate 30% to the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training’s syllabus. This balanced approach aims at achieving proficiency in both languages and facilitates a smooth switch between international and national education systems.

In secondary education, students progress to the Cambridge Secondary program, including IGCSE and A-Level courses, with an emphasis on preparing for further studies abroad. HAIS also offers a World Languages program, providing students with the opportunity to study French.

The cafeteria serves nutritious meals to support students' well-being, and the library offers a range of resources and comfortable study spaces.

Additionally, the school emphasizes environmental sustainability, fostering a green campus that promotes respect for nature.

Having this worldwide viewpoint is a significant advantage for students as they get ready to take their place as knowledgeable and compassionate global citizens.

Families contemplating moving to Vietnam might find Hoi An appealing due to its reduced cost of living and affordability, enhanced by a peaceful setting with deep cultural heritage.

The small class sizes at HAIS guarantee individualized attention for every student, which makes it an appealing choice for parents seeking top-notch education in one of Vietnam’s liveliest urban centers.
