Trust Bank Unveils Digital Lock: Revolutionizing Money Security

They require both their application and card to access their funds.

Trust Bank has launched Trust Lock, enabling customers to secure and release funds directly through its application and card.

This differs from comparable features launched by other Singaporean banks, which mandate their clients to do so. head to a branch or an ATM command line to access their money.

Customers can secure their Savings Pots with "just a few taps," according to a statement from Trust Bank. Up to five distinct Savings Pots can be locked by them.

After activating Trust Lock, you cannot transfer the immobilized funds until they become available again.

To access the feature, customers must log into their Trust app, place their physical Trust debit or credit card near an NFC-enabled phone, and then input their personalized 6-digit Trust Key.

The withdrawal of money will only be possible 12 hours after unlocking the funds.
